EPFL Forum + Jubilees: a month rich in talent at ETEL!   At the beginning of October, we once again took part in the EPFL Forum, an unmissable event to meet the engineers of tomorrow and inspire them to join the ETEL adventure. Mission accomplished! Our stand attracted many visitors thanks to the energy of our colleague of HR, Odile von Burg, and the passion of our engineers present on site, Pierre Hirsig, Dominique Daudet, Sylvain Pietropaolo and Matthias Rüegg. Well done!   But innovation does not rely only on youth: experience is also a strength! And at ETEL, this strength is reflected in the loyalty of our teams. This month, we had the pleasure of celebrating our jubilee employees: 93 people who have been faithful to ETEL for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and even 35 years! Together, this represents more than 1'000 years of cumulated work, a number that attests to the strength of commitment within ETEL. Many thanks to all our Jubilees!
